AROLEZ FOOD INDUSTRY AND TRADING INC. management;
The fundamental principles embraced by Arolez are high-quality production and customer satisfaction. In line with these principles, and with experienced production and service teams and an approach toward sustaining food safety, Arolez aims to manufacture products in healthy and hygienic environments and to be a respected firm in its sector regarding both product and service quality.

Activities were initiated in June 2007 for the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems and the ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management Systems and certifications awarded after external auditing performed on January 23, 2008.

Conforming to current regulations and legal conditions, our policy is to manufacture high-quality and reliable products that satisfy customer conditions; and while continuously improving quality management systems, to ensure, in line with our aims, that our entire staff embrace and efficiently execute all standards regarding the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems, the ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management Systems, and environmental and occupational safety. With this objective in mind, the senior management of AROLEZ FOOD INDUSTRY has guaranteed;

• to train our staff in manufacturing safe and high-quality food and in hygiene and sanitation,
• to embrace a preventive approach for the protection against possible hazards that may arise during manufacture or services, and to take precautions and ensure working conditions that will provide for the health and safety of those concerned,
• to develop awareness in the firm regarding the benefits of implementing systems of quality, health at work, HACCP, and environmental management,
• and to conform to legal conditions regarding food, environment, employee health and job safety through continuous development and improvement;
• by establishing an approach toward environmental awareness, by preventing pollution at its source, by ensuring that natural resources are used efficiently,
• and, taking customer expectations into consideration, by manufacturing safe and high-quality food products so as to cause the least harm and ensure the greatest benefit to human health and the environment.
