| MINI PEACH SUNDAES |

Ingredients
• 4 peaches
• 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
• ½ cup seedless raisins
• 8 T. Dondo Whipped Cream
• 1 pkg. jell-o
• ½ liter (2 C.) peach juice
Preparation
Boil raisins in 1 cup water until puffed, then drain. Prepare
jell-o according to package directions using peach juice.
Peel peach and cut into cubes; add to jell-o together with
raisins.
Chill sundae glasses. In each glass place alternating layers of
2 T. fruit mixture and 2 T. Dondo Whipped Cream. Top with 1
scoop vanilla ice cream. You can decorate sundaes with
ladyfingers and chocolate chips.
